How could I run HAIBAL in CPU mode?

Unfortunately the examples don’t work in GPU mode.
Even if I drag and drop the layers examples into my LabVIEW diagram, they don’t work. -

Hi Peter,
I just installed on my laptop HAIBAL 1.0.0.1
LabVIEW version 2020 64bit.
What is your version of LabVIEW ?
If you want to run this example (add with two different layer shape), just go on documentation of this layer here and as it’s indicated
All these exemples are snippets PNG, you can drop these Snippet onto the block diagram and get the depicted code added to your VI (Do not forget to install HAIBAL library to run it).
Normally it will work.
About examples inside library i started to integrate it yesterday i think i made some mistake, we will fix it asap.
i copy the sniped here, could you test please and tell me if it works ?

About your seconde question, HAIBAL works natively in CPU.
if you want to chose between CPU GPU (doucmentation is coming) , after installing cuda properly with our platform installer use set platform VI

Please tell me if everything is ok now

December 21, 2022 at 9:22 am #49405Hi Youssef,
1.) I am using LabVIEW 2022 64bit but also have 2021 64bit installed.
2.) Unfortunately, this Code snipped PNG is not carried over to LabVIEW. I only get the link as text.
https://graiphic.io/wp-content/uploads/hm_bbpui/49383/0092gk7r25nb61il43cnd712c944y2wx.png3.) The switch to GPU was successful

Unfortunately, none of the layer examples work.

December 21, 2022 at 9:43 am #49439Hi Peter,
The first release is rock’n’roll !! Let’s fix problem one by one.
About sniped image you right, when i share sniped on forum the pluging which manage it actually compress it and we lose the code.
We are working to fix this problem. So you can take the snip directly on documentation here
——————————————————————
About your broken version, we develloped HAIBAL in labVIEW 2020 64bit.
I just made the test on 2021 and it’s working.

Could you test on 2021 ? If it work that mean we have a problem on 2022.
——————————————————————
Actually we bloked the dev on 2020 because there is a bug on 2021 and 2022 on compilation system for protected code deleted diagram and we are still waiting JKI to fix it.
As soon as we have confirmation of it’s 2022 i’ll comunicate on it and try to make JKI fix there bug.

It’s LabVIEW 2022.

There is an issu with JKI 2022 so as soon as they fix it we will pass HAIBAL to LabVIEW 2022.
December 21, 2022 at 1:45 pm #49537Hi Youssef,
Yes you are right.
I’ve just tried it too. With LV 2021 everything works, with LV 2022 Q3 the error messages appear!
HAIBAL and LabVIEW 2021 is OK for me for now. I can try a little and get to know HAIBAL better.
Thank you for your helpPeter
December 21, 2022 at 1:53 pm #49540We also fixed this morning the sniped bug on forum
