Thank you for your message, and sorry for the delayed reply and the lack of communication.
The issue has now been reported by several users, and we have been actively working on it over the last few days.
We have identified the root cause. This was a very tricky NI-side issue to isolate, and it took us quite some time to understand what was really happening.
LabVIEW 2026 introduced the possibility to use multiple languages, and there seems to be a bug with the French version of LabVIEW, which was the version we used to compile the toolkit. When compiling from the French environment, some dependencies can be broken on other LabVIEW installations.
We have therefore reinstalled LabVIEW 2026 in English and rebuilt the toolkits from this environment. So far, this seems to solve the issue.
The SOTA versions are now updated with the corrected packages. We are still waiting for a final confirmation from a German partner, but you can already update your toolkits via SOTA and test again. Normally, the problem should now be fixed.
