We are currently working on providing a fully updated documentation, which should be finalized in the coming days. All references to the old HAIBAL toolkit will be removed.
Regarding reinforcement learning, we kindly ask you to be a little more patient. We are preparing both the documentation and the release of new examples, which will be available soon.
