    Hi Cosmin,

    Thanks for your message and for trying out SOTA!

    To help troubleshoot the issue, could you please confirm the following:

    Which version of LabVIEW are you using? (seems 2025 Q1 64 but need to be sure)
    Did you restart LabVIEW after installation? (Very important)
    Was LabVIEW open during installation? If yes, that might be the cause.
    Which version of Windows are you using?
    Are you running SOTA on a personal or corporate PC?
    Are you logged in as an administrator with full rights on the machine?
    Lastly, please note that we do not officially support installation or usage on virtual machines (VMs) at this time.
    Once we have this info, we’ll help you get everything running properly.
