Context and motivation

Deep learning and computer vision have emerged as powerful technologies revolutionizing various industries, from healthcare to autonomous vehicles. LabVIEW, a widely used platform for engineering and scientific applications, now has an exciting opportunity to harness the potential of these technologies. Graphic 365 has developed the HAIBAL and TIGR Toolkits specifically tailored for LabVIEW, bringing cutting-edge capabilities to the LabVIEW community.

By joining our Beta Testing Program, you become part of a select group of individuals who will shape the future of deep learning and computer vision in LabVIEW. As a beta tester, you will have the exclusive opportunity to explore and provide valuable feedback on the HAIBAL and TIGR Toolkits. Your insights and suggestions will directly influence the development process, ensuring that the toolkits meet the needs and expectations of LabVIEW users. Be at the forefront of innovation, contribute to groundbreaking advancements, and make a lasting impact on the LabVIEW ecosystem.

Characteristics of the beta test license

  • Limited Duration: The beta test license is valid for the duration of the beta testing period, as specified by Graphic 365. It grants temporary access to the HAIBAL and TIGR Toolkits for evaluation and testing purposes only.
  • Non-Transferable: The beta test license is non-transferable, meaning it cannot be shared, sold, or assigned to another individual or organization. It is exclusively for the registered beta tester’s use.
  • Confidentiality: Beta testers are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the toolkits and any associated documentation provided during the testing period. This includes not disclosing any proprietary or sensitive information to third parties without explicit permission from Graphic 365.
  • Feedback Obligation: Beta testers are expected to actively engage in the testing process and provide detailed feedback to Graphic 365. This may include reporting any bugs, issues, or suggestions for improvement, as well as sharing their overall experience using the toolkits.
  • No Warranty: The beta test license is provided on an “as-is” basis, without any warranty or guarantee of performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Beta testers understand and accept the inherent risks and potential limitations associated with beta software.
  • Usage Restrictions: The beta test license strictly prohibits the use of the toolkits for any commercial purposes, production deployments, or public distribution. The toolkits are intended for evaluation and testing purposes only during the beta testing phase.
  • Termination: Graphic 365 reserves the right to terminate the beta test license at any time, without prior notice, if a beta tester violates the terms and conditions of the license agreement or engages in any unauthorized activities.

What are the conditions to apply for a beta test license ?

  • Expertise and Interest: Applicants should possess a strong background or interest in deep learning, computer vision, and LabVIEW. Knowledge and experience in related fields will be advantageous.
  • Availability: Applicants should be able to commit to actively participate in the beta testing program during the specified testing period. This includes dedicating sufficient time to thoroughly explore the toolkits and provide valuable feedback.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for effective beta testing. Applicants should be able to articulate their observations, report issues accurately, and provide constructive feedback in a clear and concise manner.
  • Non-Disclosure Agreement: Prior to receiving the beta test license, applicants may be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to ensure the confidentiality of the toolkits and related information.
